The hotplate is made of food-grade stainless steel: one of the best materials for cooking, allowing you to prepare a variety of different foods, from meat, vegetables, fish, cheese, hamburgers, eggs, piadinas and various types of bread and even the classic polenta. The griddle is smooth, allowing for quick and easy cleaning: the barbeque also has a dedicated grease collection compartment, which makes cleaning even easier.
The Cos-o model from 3EVO allows you to use a double hotplate for cooking or to combine cooking on a hotplate with cooking in a pot, pan or wok, thanks to the free burner and wok stand. The ultimate in practicality for this model, with which it becomes possible to prepare a full lunch and light frying, completely outdoors.
It is also possible to install a real pizza oven in the Cos-o model from 3VO: perfect for cooking fragrant and fragrant pizzas, focaccias and bread.
3VO’s ½ Cos-o model is specially designed to meet the needs of barbeque use in small spaces: the materials are the same as in the Cos-o model, as is the build quality. In addition, also for this model it is possible to choose to cook on the griddle or in a pot and wok, using the burner and the appropriate support.
3VO’s Cos-o series models are fuelled with natural wood pellets: the technology used makes it possible to exploit the principle of pyrolysis, in which gasification burns the greatest amount of smoke. An economical combustion, with a long autonomy and respectful of the environment: the residue, consisting of ash, can be easily disposed of in wet waste or used as compost for plants.

It allows, in fact, to cook all kinds of white and red meat, fish, vegetables, as well as burgers, skewers, cheese, eggs, polenta, piadinas, pancakes and fruits. The handy pan stand allows you to prepare fragrant stir-fries with little oil and outdoors.
Taking advantage of the principle of pyrolysis, gasification occurs, which burns off almost all of the flue gas. The ash residue can be disposed of in wet waste or as fertilizer for plants.
