The models in the Bell-o series allow you to furnish your outdoor space with style and personality and, at the same time, cook in a simple, practical and tasty way. The finishes are elegant, but always at the service of practicality. Starting with the round shape, which allows better management of the food to be cooked even by several people.

To ensure robustness and durability, the frame of 3VO’s Bell-o barbecues is made of painted iron. This enables the frame to better withstand damage caused by adverse weather conditions.

The hob is made of lava stone: a material that guarantees even cooking of different types of food, allows little seasoning to be used and enhances the natural aromas and flavours of food. Due to its unique nature, lava stone is able to retain heat and then release it slowly. This leads to food being cooked much more evenly and homogeneously, i.e. without the risk of running into parts that are still raw. In addition, there is also no risk of burning and our food will always be cooked to perfection, without any defects. Cooking on lava stone is much healthier and healthier. Quite simply, because it avoids the famous burnt meat effect, which, although typical of grilling and appreciated by many people, can be extremely harmful to our health in the long run. The model of the Bell-o series allows cooking around the flame mouth, completely surrounding it: in this way it becomes possible to manage different cooking simply by moving the food away from or closer to the flame mouth.

Cooking on the barbeque becomes easy: you do not run the risk of accidentally burning food due to contact with the flame, which remains confined inside the brazier. You can grill everything from eggs and becon for breakfast, a steak or fish for lunch or a nice barbecue with friends for dinner. Prepare fish, meat, vegetables, cheese, sausages, frankfurters and eggs; thanks to different heat zones, you can let a steak rest and prepare grilled vegetables at the same time. The central grill has two modes, for grilling over direct fire or over hot coals. It can be set at different heights thanks to the extension, which also has a circular stand, for cast iron or steel wok pans. You can also use pans and pots on the lava stone griddle. And the smooth finish of the lava stone makes it quick and easy to clean. This makes cooking on the barbeque even easier and more enjoyable, without wasting time on tedious cleaning.

The fuel is the classic barbeque fuel, firewood: it is therefore possible to cook by enriching food with the scents and aromas of different wood essences.

And if the round, soft lines of the brazier are the sign of elegance, the practical side wooden shelf is the sign of practicality. The top can be used to place dishes or cooking utensils on, providing a solid base.

Underneath the wooden top there is a space that can easily be used to place the wood to feed the brazier: in this way you can always have it at hand and never risk being left with a weak or extinguished flame.
